Utilizing the best technology, we are driven by innovative design and material composition, quality workmanship and total service, making us industry leaders continually striving to exceed our customers' expectations.

Brief History

In October 1980, Gilles and Michelle Voyer incorporated G.M. Woodwork Ltd. The company produced decorative products such as grilles, louvers and shutters, as well as wood curve top window frames and its components (liners/jamb extensions, brickmould and trim/casing).

In 1989, clad curve top frames were added to the GM product line. In 1993, GM began to supply in-house raw laminate material, which resulted with the purchase of equipment allowing the transformation of raw lumber into veneer/laminate.

In 1996, the company expanded its curve top product line to include PVC window frames and jamb extensions/liners.

As a result of continual Research and Development, G.M. Woodwork introduced Simulated Divided Lites (SDLs) to its decorative product line in 1999.  G.M. Woodwork is continually striving to develop new products, processes and new markets in order to continue to offer high quality products, at a competitive price, and in a timely manner to its valued customers.
